RETURNS

We hope you love your Tempo Labs order. Due to the nature of consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at support@tempolabs.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
