As someone with a neurodivergent brain who has spent years exploring ways to better support both mental and physical wellbeing, I became fascinated by how hydration, recovery and daily habits could influence how you feel, think and perform.

What started as a personal obsession quickly became a daily ritual. I realised most products focused on a single benefit — hydration, focus, recovery or sleep. I wanted to create something that brought these elements together in one simple formula designed to support both mind and body.
